Ah, I love it when I find a good bottle of rosé. This is a refreshing, easy-drinking wine with both delicacy and weight. I'll get straight to it.
My tasting notes on the Bedrock Wine Co. 'Ode To Lulu' Rosé 2019 ($22):
See: It has a light salmon color.
Sniff: It is fruity and elegant on the nose with peach and apricot with hints of green apple and lemon. It also has notes of white flower blossoms and wet stones.
Sip & Savor: It's dry and medium-bodied with bright acidity. It has flavors of stone fruits and lemon. The finish has some nuttiness with notes of almonds and apples. It's crisp and refreshing, but the nutty, popcorn-like flavors give it depth and make it more interesting. A big thumbs up from me!
